Custom designs and special requests are always welcome and part of our specialty. In addition, you may tailor any arrangement on our website by enhancing or modifying it to meet your specific vision and unique style. The colors and minor details of the arrangement may vary due to seasonal availability of flowers and our constantly upgraded inventory of distinctive containers. If there is any question, we will be sure to contact you for your approval, or you can include special instructions in your order. Please note, orders for same day deliveries must be placed before 12PM eastern standard time between Monday - Friday (excluding legal holidays). Orders for weekend deliveries must be placed by 12PM eastern standard time on the previous Friday or work day if that Friday is a legal holiday. If your order has a particular time sensitivity, please call us to make us aware and be able to ensure your arrangement gets to its recipient on time. Please let us know if there are any time restrictions for delivery. Some area condominiums, for example, do not allow deliveries past 5PM. Every effort will be made to deliver based on your requirements. If we are unable to complete delivery based on your timeframe, we will contact you immediately. The following delivery charges will be added to your order: Miami-Dade - $25.00. ***Deliveries to Fisher Island upon request - $45.00. Broward County - Please call us to place an order. Palm Beach County - Please call us to place an order.
